Hi,
I need tool (simple script written in C/C++ will be best) to monitor every server and MAC address. I need a way to be notified if a client change his IP address or the change his MAC address. I can’t monitor evety server. The network is very large.

I think that in this case I need something like C/C++ or perl and database

Any good idea?

Over the past few days, I’ve seen one of my servers use up excessive amounts of bandwidth. It isn’t apache bandwidth as we have cPanel for the sites and have apache mod_userdir protection enabled. There are also no unusual FTP accounts or email accounts but I’m not where where the bandwidth is actually going.

Is there an easy to know what kind of bandwidth is being used up? Like
